These are the normal positions (approx) for the buoys on Scammonden Water Sailing Club Races . Please note that although we endeavor to maintain these positions it may be necessary to alter them slightly due to technical reasons, throughout the season.

Also the Start/Finish Line in front of the OD Box will normally be the transit on the bank (red & white Pole and the the second transit pole on on the bank). The exception to this is, if the Officer of the Day decides on a start from another area of the lake. If this is the case the OD will brief sailors before the commencement of racing.
